He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert James Keyes Sr. and Daisy Carlotta Richardson; his brothers, Gary Justin, Harvey George and Robert James Sr. (Julia Elizabeth); and his brother-in-law Donald Wilson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Daisy Russell-Wilson of Brielle, Steven David (Jannifer) of Princeton and David Norman of Toms River; and his nieces and nephews, Andrea Jenkins (Michael) of Woodbridge, VA, Allison Gladden, Kristine Gray (Rhonden) of Cottondale, FL, Robert James III (Carol) of Parkville, Clifford Russell, Jr. (Maryellen) of Brielle and Harvey George Jr.. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
