He was predeceased by: his father John "Wolfie" Flores; his grandparents, Doris Mae Ryff, John J. Ryff, James T. Flores Sr., Ralph J. Reynolds and Muriel Reynolds; and his godmother Charlene Frazier.
He is survived by: his mother Candice Flores; his son Keith Jr.; his fiancée Karen; his siblings, Allison, John, Melissa Bahrs (Donald), Eric, Jessica Dill (Thomas), Rebecca Dumas (Bret), Kevin (Grainne Ping), Vanessa Elliott (Ross) and Andrew (Kristen Lomax); his uncle Mark; his cousin Ryan; his godson Christian Bahrs; and his parents-in-law, Pat Cassidy, Kathleen Cassidy, Jackie Marino (Chris) and Joanna Cassidy (Teddy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family respectfully requests that all attendants wear masks.
