He was predeceased by: his parents, John II and Dorothy Tirpak; and his brother Robert Tirpak. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Domingo Tirpak; his children, Sharon Collins (Sean Collins) and John Tirpak IV (Catherine Tirpak); his grandchildren, Caroline, Ryan, John V (Jack), Skylar and Ariana; and his sister Janet Ortense. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
