He was predeceased by: his parents, John Neary (Pete) and Vivian Neary; and his sister Roberta Neary. He is survived by: his nieces, Erin and Jennifer Osborn; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Darius Osborn, Nathan Osborn, Vivian Gaskin, Catherine, Madeline Gaskin, Juliana Osborn, Noah Osborn, Jaden Osborn and Grace Osborn; and also Mark Gaskin.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 614 Laurel Ave, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742.
