With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Gilmore (Manasquan, New Jersey), born in New York, New York, who passed away on June 19, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Thomas Edward Collins; and her brother John Shanahan. She is survived by: her husband Peter Gilmore; her children, Jean Collins, Chris Collins (Jeannine), Jim Collins (Lisa), Peter Collins (Jill) and Alison McGuire (Hugh); her grandchildren, Julia of John, JD, Thomas (Michelle), Matthew (Chrissy), Patrick, Jennifer, Abigail, Grace, Elizabeth and Judy Lynskey; her stepchildren, Patrick (Diane), Russell (Michelle) and Joan; and also, Connor, Kelly Rightmire (Nick), Meghan Gilmore (Travis Farrell), James, Delia, Kate and Quinn.
