He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Lohan and Delia Lohan (Murphy); his siblings, Bernard Lohan and Anna Mary Rice; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Lohan and Robert Rice.

He is survived by: his wife Laura Lohan; his children, Tish Inzerillo and James Lohan Jr.; his brother Andrew Lohan; his sister-in-law Ileen Lohan; his children-in-law, Chris Inzerillo and Veronica Lohan; and his grandchildren, Lily Inzerillo, Kaitlyn Inzerillo, Nicole Inzerillo, Delia Lohan and Declan Lohan. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
