He is survived by: his aunt Lorraine; his siblings, Jennifer McHarg, Bernadette Leyh Mattia and Jasun McAvoy; his siblings-in-law, Jim McHarg, Vinnie Mattia and Mandy McAvoy; his nieces and nephews, DJ Hayes, Hunter Leyh, Jordan Leyh, Colin McHarg, Jamie McHarg Carlson, Devin McHarg, Erin McHarg and Kevin McAvoy; and his friend Shannon Firstbrook.
