He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Myers and Augusta Myers; and his wife Dorothy Bolton of Manasquan, NJ.. He is survived by: his children, Patricia A. Bolton of Manasquan, NJ, Joseph M. Bolton (Jane) of Jacksonville, FL and Diane B. Olsen (Henry) of Brick, NJ.; and his grandsons, Christopher J. Bolton of Jacksonville, FL and Geoffrey M. Bolton (Karen L. Figione) of Groveland, CA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and close friends.
