He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Levitz and Sophia Levitz. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughters, Lauren Sali (Bryan) and Jennifer Hodges (Rex); his grandchildren, Savannah, Callie, Jake and Meaghan; and his great grandchild Peyton.
