He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Frazee and Ella Frazee. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Frazee; his stepson Thomas LaSala; his brother Donald L. Frazee (Marjorie); and his uncles, Glen Cooke and Raymond Cooke.
