He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Culley and Kathryn Culley; and his brother John Culley. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Nulty Culley; his children, Brian Culley (Yvonne), Lynn Considine and Kevin Culley (Anna); his sister Kathryn Hayward; his grandchildren, Tyler (Kelsey), Ian, Jacqueline, Michael, Patrick, Jack, Ryan, Anthony and Mary Kate; and his great grandchild Emilia.
