He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Wagner and Janet Wagner; and his brothers, John and Michael Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Deirdre Wagner of Manasquan; his children, Eugene M. Wagner, Jr. of Belmar and Sarah Hayes (Kyle) of High Bridge, NJ.; his grandson Hudson; and his sisters, Helen Kotchkowski (Daniel) of Toms River, NJ and Deborah Schmidt (Richard) of Florida.
