She was predeceased by: her parents, Isabel Nielsen Bassell and Robert Bassell of Manasquan. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Brown and Leigh McCabe; her grandchildren, Fiona, Brigid, Aidan and Joan; her sister Barbara Bassell; and her brother-in-law Thomas Carroll.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Orender Family Home For Funerals (2643 Old Bridge Rd, Manasquan, NJ 08736). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St Rose Church (603 7th Ave, Belmar, NJ 07719).
