He is survived by: his wife Annette; his daughters, Lisa and Susan; his stepchildren, Sharon, Stephen and Sheryl; and his grandchildren, Kelsie, Jennifer, Samantha, Shannon, Elizabeth, Christian, John, James and Aidan.
