He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Oakley, Sr. and Edna Garrison Oakley; his son Douglas; and his wife Patricia Huben Oakley. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Oakley Hogan; his sisters, Linda Bowen and Lillian Kanehl (Bill); and his grandchildren, Amanda Hogan and Douglas Oakley.
