He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Green and Shirley Green. He is survived by: his pets, Emily, Winnie and Lucy; his wife Jane Mary Green; his children, David K. Green of East Windsor and Jenny Green (Dan Cottrell) of Toms River; his siblings, Kenneth Green (Marcia) of Fort Lee and Sidney Green (Shelly) of Fredericksburg, VA; and his brothers-in-law, Louis Schaefer (Irma) of Cookstown and Paul Schaefer of South Hackensack. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and family friends.
