He was predeceased by: his wife JoAnne Zucker Baker; and his parents, Lillian Baker and Samuel Baker. He is survived by: his sister Ellen Mullman (Michael); his stepsons, Michael Zucker and David Zucker; and his nieces and nephews, Cassie Mullman Haykin and Jeremy Mullman.
