With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cecilia Ann Montoya of Manalapan, New Jersey, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 15, 2024 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Alires and Anita Alires; her husband Joe Montoya; her children, Monica Montoya and Joe Montoya; her sister Viola Baca; and her close friend Bob Worthy.
She is survived by: her brother Fred; her sister-in-law Sarah Alires of Los Angeles, CA; her sister Laura Valles of California; her daughters, Catherine (Gary Broitman), Frieda (William Booth) and Pamela (Gary Wheat); her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Montoya; her grandchildren, Alex, Jeannine Booth, Adrianne, Christin Landolfi, Allison Booth, David, Shannon Broitman, Amanda Montoya, Thomas Donovan, Michael Montoya, Kayla Rives and Katie Montoya; and her great grandchildren, Trevor Booth and Jack Thomas Broitman.
