She was predeceased by: her husband Sebastian (Ben); her parents, Gabriel and Angelina; and her siblings, Anthony, Michael, Benjamin, Joseph, Francis, Vincent (James), Rose, Mildred and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Frances Bohacik (Rick) of Barnegat, NJ, Angela Taylor (Bruce) of Glen Allen, VA, Douglas Fotia (Bethany) of Charleston, SC and Dennis Fotia of Smithville, NJ; her grandchildren, Ashley Jennings (Keith), Rebekah Brown (Justin) and Jenna Rae Bohacik; and her great grandchildren, Roan Brown and Asher Brown.
