He was predeceased by: his parents, William Halbeisen and Jane Halbeisen; and his sisters, Margaret and Susanne King. He is survived by: his daughter Monica Halbeisen; his grandson Charles Goodman; and his siblings, Joe Halbeisen, Bob Halbeisen, Steve Halbeisen and Jane Halbeisen. He is also survived by ten nephews and nieces.
