He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Fontana and Elizabeth Fontana (Pollioni). He is survived by: his wife Barbara DeQuinzio; his children, Lisa Fielding of Glen Gardner, Ronald Fontana, Jr. (Nancy) of Stockbridge, MA and Susan Ritter (Ted) of Westfield; his sister Adeline "Addie" Tjon of Jackson; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Dylan Fontana, Jessica Fielding, Jayne and Dorian Ritter; and his niece Karen Leschak (John) of Jackson.
