It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger H Bott in Manahawkin, New Jersey, born in Union, New Jersey, who passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bott and Margaret Bott; and his sister Catherine "Cath" Trangone. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his sons, Chris (Jennifer) of Ship Bottom, NJ, Kevin (Aimée Brill) of Lambertville, NJ and Ryan (Katharine Travaline) of Stratford, NJ; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Mackenzie, Valor, Lev, Vera-Star and Melvin; and his brother Dennis. He is also survived by his family, and especially for his wife.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Maxwell Funeral Home (160 Mathistown Rd, Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08087). A Mass will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Francis of Assisi Parish (4700 Long Beach Blvd, Long Beach, NJ 08008).
In lieu of flowers, Roger's family kindly asks that donations be made to the St. Francis Parish food pantry. Donations can be made by paying online at https://www.stfranciscenterlbi.org. and adding a note indicating "Roger Bott" or "Pantry.".
