He is survived by: his wife Rose Czajkowski (Salzano); his son Richard Czajkowski; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Czajkowski of Brick, NJ.; his son Dr. Robert Czajkowski; his daughter-in-law Dr. Carri Goldstein of Lexington, MA; and his grandchildren, Brody and Brooke Czajkowski. He is also survived by many loving extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home & Cremation Service (573 Mill Creek Rd, Manahawkin, NJ 08050). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Mary of the Pines Church (100 Bishop Way, Manahawkin, NJ 08050). An entombment was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:45 PM at the Ocean County Memorial Park (280 Wells Mills Rd, Waretown, NJ 08758).
