She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cicalese and Carmella Millie Scuorzo Cicalese; her husband Jerry Karlik; her daughter Lisa; her brother Anthony Cicalese; and her grandchildren, Brendon and Louis.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Karlik and Steven G. Karlik (Michelle); her sisters, Patricia David and Toni Mortellito; her grandchildren, Holly, Meghan, Eric and Grace; and her great grandchildren, Michael and Louie. She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
