He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Terefenko and Mildred Terefenko; and his brothers, Joseph and Robert Terefenko. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Terefenko; his children, Jennifer Terefenko (Shaun Statlend) and David Terefenko; his brother Kenny Terefenko (Debbie); his sister-in-law Helene Terefenko; and his granddaughters, Kayla and Marisa. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
