He is survived by: his close friends, Bob McCrory, Jerry Farrar, Gary Cooper, George Peterson and Susanne Hawley; his parents, Joseph Jr. Turpin and Madora Turpin (Dorie); his brother Greg Turpin; his nephew Matthew Turpin; his great-uncle Greg Merritt (Marilyn); and his aunt Gloria Bouch. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles and cousins.
