He is survived by: his wife Nicole; his sons, Cole Bonner and Lucas Bonner; his sisters, Kristine Bonner (Jonathan) and Maureen Faulkner (Todd); his godson Caleb; his niece Maeve; his parents-in-law, Frank Conzola and Sherry Conzola; and his aunt Pat Landau-Smith.
