He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene Hoffmann; and his parents, John Hoffmann and Anna Hoffmann. He is survived by: his children, John A. Hoffmann (Melanie), Kathy Holm (Doug) and Sally Hoffmann; his sister Ellen Figura; his sisters-in-law, Mary Lynn Forczek (Ron) and Ellen Amodio (Paul); his grandchildren, Kyle, Emma, Aidan, Matthew and Dylan; and his pet Willow. He is also survived by extended family members, nieces and nephews, and friends.
