He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bernard McIntee, Josephine McGrath and Rose McIntee. He is survived by: his wife Eugenia. He is also survived by his children and their spouses, Robert and Mary Ann McIntee, John McIntee, Michael and Denise McIntee, Timothy and Karen McIntee, and Kathleen and John Quinn; his 7 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
