She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Leonard and Annie Leonard; her husband Joseph Mulligan Jr.; her son Joseph III; and her siblings, Myrtle Craparo and Harry Leonard.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Carroll (John); her grandsons, John Jr. Lauren (Viktorija) and Joseph IV (Jenna); and her sisters, Mary Gorski and Patricia Tesoriero. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
