He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Theresa; his children, George T (Kara), Kristina Quay (Michael) and Thomas (Leah); his grandchildren, George, Travis, Daniel, Michael, Karoline, Stella, Jane and Max; and his parents, George Hubert Wahlgren Sr. and Elsie Wahlgren. He was also cherished by his sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and his cousins.
