He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Szantai and Julia Szantai (Borbely); his former wife Teresa; his daughters, Jacqueline (Randy Smith) and Lynne Ann (Kevin Everett); his wife Lynne Wills Szantai; his grandchildren, Brendan Smith and Victoria Smith; and his stepson Kyle Smith (Victoria). He was also cherished by his loving nieces, nephews, sister's-in-law, and brother's-in-law.
