With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine McAbee of Manahawkin, New Jersey, born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 7, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Kohut and Cecelia Kohut; her husband Thomas Dennis McAbee; and her brother Michael Kohut. She is survived by: her children, Stephen (Cynthia McAbee), Rosanne (David Hogenbirk) and Christine (Thomas Gallagher); her grandchildren, Heather, Stephanie, Matthew, Thomas, Erin and Ryan; her great grandchildren, Kaylee and Ryder; her sisters, Sharon Druther (Robert) and Karen (Sergio Mazza); and her sister-in-law Judy Kohut. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
