He was predeceased by: his parents, Dinshah P. Ghadiali and Irene Grace Dinshah (Hoger). He is survived by: his wife Ursula Dinshah (Plotzki); his children, Michael and Connie; his grandchildren, Alex, Eric, Ben and Nardos; and his brother Darius. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
