He was predeceased by: his wife Rose (Ferrara); his child Debbierose Pernice; and his sister Anita. He is survived by: his children, Salvatore (Joan) and Lisa Pernice-Rodriguez (Carlos); his siblings, Frank (Sarah), Robert and Janet; his grandchildren, Salvatore, Nicholas, Dina Licata (Frank), Vincent (Marissa), Melanie, Anthony (Samantha), Marco and Gabby; and his great grandchildren, Franki Jo, Sofia, Presli, Giulia and Sienna.
