She is survived by: her husband Pete; her children, Chloe, Stevie, Che and Tori; her grandson Noah; her mother Rosita DeCotiis; and her brother Eric DeCotiis. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.

In view of the pandemic, a private church service will be held on Friday, September 25th.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Noelle's name to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, LLS.org.
