He was predeceased by: his mother Rosalyce Monks (Costa). He is survived by: his father James J. Monks, MD; his stepmother Jeanette; his sister Alyssa Monks; his friends, Marty Goudreau and Elizabeth Malafi; and also, Elizabeth, Sean McCormack, Thomas, James Jr., Ava, Tony, Monica Monks, Audrey, Hope, Tess, Joseph, Megan Monks, Benjamin, Ian, Robert, Noreen Monks, Michael, Madison, Frank, Elena Monks, Aiden and Mia. He is also survived by his cousins, aunts, and countless other dear relatives and friends.
