She is survived by: her husband Charles Kelly (Charlie); her children, Jean Testa, Maureen McGovern and James Kelly; her children-in-law, Bob Testa, Ken McGovern and Bobbi Kelly; her grandchildren, Jill (Mark Desmond), Kayla (Ryan Duran), Julie McGovern, Thomas, Nick Testa (Hanna Bunting), Ryan (Madeleine Egote), Erin and Bryce Kelly; and her caregiver Deborah Slade.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a local Alzheimer's chapter in memory of Joan.
