He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Tangel and Irene Tangel; his children, Linda Pounds (Andrew), Frank Tangel (Barbara), Richard Tangel (Susan) and Philip Tangel (Maureen); his grandchildren, Erik Pounds (Kristin), Jessica Pounds (Sonia), Kristin Tangel of Richard Tangel, MD, Matthew Tangel MD, Danielle Tangel and Shannon Tangel; his great grandchildren, Kieran, Anna, Tatum, Liam Pounds and Spencer Pounds; and his brother Walter Tangel. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid restrictions, a private Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 for family members at Immaculate Conception Church.
