Smith of Mahwah, New Jersey, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband James M Smith Jr.; her children, Jim Smith (Sue) of Warwick, NY, Dennis Smith (Sheila) of Walden, NY, Ellen Mahoney (Mike) of Mahwah, NJ, Betty Ann Dobson, Chris Smith of Warwick, NY, Kerrie Brennan (Brian) of Oradell, NJ and Mariann Odierno (Steve) of Stony Point, NY.; her grandchildren, Jimmy Smith (Kate), Ryan Smith (Shelby), Kyle Smith, Michael Mahoney, Meghan Mahoney, Conor Mahoney, Maggie Dobson, Erin Dobson, Kaitlyn Dobson, Christopher Smith, Mary Kate Smith, Colleen Smith, Daniel Smith, Elizabeth Smith, Brian Brennan, Daniel Brennan, Quinn Brennan, Steven Odierno and Katherine Odierno; and her great grandchildren, McKenna Smith and Eleanor Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Don Bosco Prep, Immaculate Heart Academy, or St. Joseph Regional High School.
