It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruce Kendall Battel of Mahwah, New Jersey, who passed away on August 30, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Anthony Battel. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Battel; his sister Elsbeth Battel; his children, Laurie Yevchak (Robert), Tracy Davidoff (Scott) and Steven Battel (Jennie); and his grandchildren, Kara, Samantha, Spencer, Amanda, Andrew, Kendall and Gavin.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wounded Warriors Project and the Alzheimer's Association can be made.
