Sinclair, Sr.; her children, Cheyenne McDowell, Jay S McDowell, Sierra A. Phillips, Selena Phillips, Daniel Laws, Larry T. Williams, Jr. and Elijah C. Williams; her grandchildren, Aliyah L. Segar, Jay S. McDowell, Jr., Zarrion Phillips, Ashton Gonzales-Laws, Analiyse Rosado and Noah J. Davis; her siblings, Janson McDowell, Jordan McDowell, Joshua Martin, Isaiah Easterling, Janet Sinclair, Karen of Washington, Brenda Harrell, James Sinclair, Jr., Beth of Washington, Kathy Simmons, Kevin Sinclair and Aaron Coleman; and her aunts and uncles, Joanne Keegan (Michael), Susie McDowell, Mike McDowell, Fran McDowell and Ted Sinclair (Nancy). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
