He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; his son Timothy O'Hara; and his brother Robert O'Hara. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Ford, Michael O'Hara, Jane Byrne (Joseph), Mary Beth Centofante (Joseph), Alice O'Boyle (Michael) and Colleen O'Hara (Tom Niedermayer). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
