He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Grace. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Brandi Matlack (Al) and Katie Kaul (Jason); his grandson Evan Barton Matlack; and his sister Dorothy Link (Richard) of Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
