He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter O'Brien and Regina O'Brien (Tallon); and his sister Patricia Jean O'Brien. He is survived by: his children, Patrick Timothy O'Brien and Meghan Kathleen O'Brien; his daughter-in-law Kristen O'Brien (Merrill); his grandchildren, Madison Grace and Michael Patrick O'Brien; his sister Susan Anne O'Brien; and his former wife Patricia O'Brien (Daly). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations in Peter's name to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
