He is survived by: his children, Pat DeBiasse III (Kimberly) of Lewes, DE, Gary DeBiasse of Madison and Dawn Neville (Kenneth) of Madison; his sisters, Joanne Goer and Margaret DeBiasse; and his grandchildren, Eric, Thomas Neville, Alyssa and Joseph DeBiasse. He is also survived by wife, grandchildren and many dear friends.
