He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Caulfield and Grace Caulfield. He is survived by: his wife Helen Caulfield; his sons, Michael Caulfield (Francine) of Lake Worth, FL and Luke Caulfield (Brittany) of Pittsburgh, PA; his sisters, Gail Johnson (Jay) and Sharon Caulfield (Richard); his grandchildren, Lily, Logan, Grace and Laura Caulfield; his sister-in-law Linda Moccio (Philip); his niece Ursula Carioscia; and his nephews, Phil and Chris Moccio.

Interment will be held privately for the family.
