She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas "Frank" O'Hare and Frieda O'Hare; her son Jonathan P. Chang; and her brother Thomas O'Hare. She is survived by: her children, Mary Chang (George Yankwitt), Peter Chang, Eileen Machler (Brian), Kevin Chang (Michelle), Carolyn Chang (Peter Martin), Leslie Metzler (Thomas), Emily P. Chang and Terence Chang; her siblings, Joan O'Hare, Mary Jane O'Hare, Doris Primich and Dennis O'Hare; her grandchildren, Erica Kessler (Thomas), Kaitlyn Bott (Jeffrey), Peter Chang, Jacqueline Berk (Matthew), Elodie Peay (Connor), Ryan Chang, Colin Chang, Luke Machler, Madeline Bauer (Jacob), Jonathan Chang, Matthew Metzler, Emma Carreno, Simon Chang Martin, Quinn Chang Martin and Maya Metzler; and her great grandchild Raegan Kessler. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
