Jake P. Mocko Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jake P. Mocko of Madison, New Jersey, who passed away on November 20, 2024, at the age of 20, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Halker and Steven Mocko; his sisters, Madeline and Paige Mocko; his grandparents, Joy Thompson, Gary Halker, Linda Quinlan and John Mocko; and his aunts and uncles, Jamie Hayden, Emily Halker, Lindsay Favergeat, David Mocko, Bryan Mocko and James Mocko.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Madison Memorial (159 Main St, Madison, NJ 07940).
In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions may be made in Jake's memory to Ronald McDonald House Charities, 26345 Network Place, Chicago, IL 60673-1263 or to the Madison Police PBA Local 92, 62 Kings Rd, Madison, NJ 07940.
