He was predeceased by: his former wife Antonietta; his son Archie Piccolo; his siblings, Salvatore, Santino Piccolo and Rosa Corcione; and his parents, Antonio Piccolo and Immacolata Piccolo.

He is survived by: his wife Rosa Piccolo; his children, Anthony Piccolo (Jill), Immaculata Prisco, Salvatore Piccolo (AnnaMaria) and Valarie Delli Paoli (Mike); his grandchildren, Santino, Amalia, Arlo, Salvatore, Fiorella, Christina, Michael, David, Jeffrey and Lauren; and his great grandchildren, Gianna, DJ and Sophia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
